Ok ok ok ok this is weird. This is weird this is weird this is weird. While in Geneseo I gazed at the gas station Tom got gas at and I thought how sad he's dead, but don't be morbid. (The re-enacting at the air show was awesome, incidentally, even though I had to stay there hours longer than I'd been told.) Then I'm on facebook in the middle of the night thinking I'll post something nice about the air show and I see a comment in John Glassman's post and
What the Hell, Tom's not dead?
Why would someone play a cruel trick on me for so many years, and who? And...huh? Where who how when why? Well, good, he's alive! and apparently took most of my advice about what to do if you ever want to start your life over.
Ya know when you call and tell the person such and so has died and they say "You're kidding!"? Obviously this isn't as far-fetched and dumb a question as I'd said.
