No coffee

I thought all people under the age of 21 drank coffee. Or was that just at the coffeehouses because they couldn't get into bars to meet people? Well, obviously Army types don't hang out at coffeehouses, because THERE WAS NO COFFEE MADE ALL WEEKEND AT EITHER THE TROOP STORE OR THE REC CENTER!!! Ok, ok, I've calmed down a little........ Actually I didn't have my first cup of coffee until I was 20, so.......... And that was only because there was nothing else to drink where I was, especially not milk. But lookit, I'm not 20 anymore, and on Sunday I was very sleepy and my eyes were tired and I wanted some coffee, dang it, before my 6 and a half hour drive home from the Army base. Once I started driving, tho, I didn't want to stop and get any coffee; it was a nice ride home. A nice visit, tho Tim was sick. :(
Is it sad that coffee is a high spot in my life? I don't think so. Life's simple pleasures are the best, as the commercial used to say. Pugs were very happy to see their mom!!!!! Tim's very sad I'm not there.. Geez, I'd whip that place into shape in no time!
Found out from a blog that Tim's friend Liz's brother got married last weekend. Tim had no comment.

To visit my hubby

Leaving in the earrrrly morning to visit Tim in Maryland. He's at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. The dogs will be well taken of, though I thought about taking the smallest one. He could be carried around in the pet carrier, awwwwwwwww how cute. But then so many establishments are anti-dog. I myself am anti-welfare "families" but I still have to wait on them at work with their selfish pushy no 'count ways. Oh yeah, dogs. The smallest pug I have likes to mark so I couldn't have him stay in the hotel even though it is pet-friendly. When Chan the pug and I went to Florida in March he was very well behaved in the motel. Gotta get the oil changed, I'm taking Dad's Ford Escort. Dad's nice. He gave me $20 to take Tim out to dinner with. Will miss the Scott Walsh benefit at Vertex Sunday, sad.

Going to Maryland

or Marilyn, as Tim spells it. He wants me to buy him a portable DVD player, if there's a cheap one, while I am there. My mirror must not be working because I can't see the sticker on my forehead that reads "SUCKER".

Didn't expect this

Feeling sorry for myself, I guess. Didn't expect my marriage to be like this. Ya think I'd get a break or somethin,' but no. Oh well, what'd I expect? No, nothing happened, just the same old crap: lying, money, women. A good thing is that I have 2 more puggies!!!!! So 4 dogs are at my house all the time now!!!!! Yay!
